As a Maintenance Assistant

• Support hotel facility maintenance and assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
• Respond to service requests: quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Document maintenance activities: record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
