The Position:We are seeking a relational and motivated Cleaner/Housekeeper for our brand new, 55+ active‑adult lease‑up community – Affinity the Cleaner/Housekeeper, you will perform general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the community.
- Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents’ way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment.
- Build strong rapport with residents.
- Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
- Clean office spaces on a regular schedule set by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Using the apartment cleaning checklist, clean vacant apartment homes after each move‑out.
- Clean and organize the pool house – straighten pool deck chairs, clean public bathrooms (including showers), vacuum and dust amenity spaces attached to the pool house building.
- Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common area, and empty public trash cans.
- Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Comply with all company policies/procedures and Fair Housing laws.

What We Are Seeking:- Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships.
- Must be determined, ambitious, and self‑motivated.
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is strongly preferred.
- Computer skills – email, Microsoft Office Suite, web‑based training navigation, and other related programs.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Reliable means of transportation.
