Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, lighting, carpentry, flooring, Life Safety equipment, and related systems as applicable for assigned areas;
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building facilities and equipment and assist with general grounds maintenance;
Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for assigned areas;
Assist with moving furniture and relocation of offices;
Assist with snow removal and minor carpentry tasks as needed while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
