Join the Nature's Fare Markets team in Kamloops, British Columbia.

Working hours: Up to 24 hours per week, scheduled combinations of weekday, weekend, AM and PM shifts. Flexibility to evening shifts and weekend availability is key. The role may start as early as 6 am; reliable transportation is required.

In our Bistro we create delicious food with carefully chosen organic, local sustainable ingredients: fresh produce, ethically raised meat and dairy, and products without additives. Customers enjoy fresh juices and smoothies, gourmet sandwiches, salads, soups, entrées, baked goods and options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten‑free and paleo diets.

• Welcome customers with a warm hello and build connections.
• Assist customers with orders, answer menu questions, and offer suggestions.
• Prepare, make, and serve menu items including specialty smoothies and juices.
• Create attractive food displays using eye‑for‑detail.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness with a “clean as you go” method.
• Collaborate as a team player, share knowledge, and keep the workplace safe.

• Service‑mindful with experience in a vibrant customer‑service environment.
• Passionate about food and willing to share favorites.
• Flexible and keeps workflow running smoothly.
• Confident, friendly, and approachable.
• Open to learning new things.
• Enjoys having fun.
• Food Safe I Certified is a plus but not required.
