- In addition to performing routine cleaning tasks, performs maintenance repair work such as repairing and/or replacing venetian blinds and cords, light switches, door locks and faucet washers.
- Carries and moves heavy and bulky furniture.
- Cleans places and equipment which are not easily accessible.
- May occasionally instruct or oversee the work of others.
