Maintenance Supervisor
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and help a team of maintenance technicians to perform all necessary maintenance duties and be responsible for all needed administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the agreed-upon technical availability to meet contractually defined specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organize all onsite maintenance work and parts in the warehouse, lead the maintenance team, and communicate with the customers
- Motivate and coach maintenance team to take ownership of equipment condition and performance
- Promote safe and healthy work environment
- Promote continuous improvement on spare part usage and shipping cost by optimizing troubleshooting and ordering procedures within reach.
