Expect extensive travel and overnight stays, with a primary focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems to ensure safe, compliant, and welcoming environments for residents and staff.
You will fill in at communities as needed, supervise maintenance teams, and facilitate NSPIRE and regulatory inspections while mentoring staff and contributing to safety culture.
