Pay Range: $21.35 - 25.20 hourly

Do you enjoy maintaining building, grounds and equipment to keep the business operating efficiently? NFM’s Building Maintenance Technician II is the position for you. Our world class facility offers multiple opportunities for you to put your skills to work.

• Replace:
  Lights and ballasts in fluorescent fixtures while upgrading to higher efficiency retrofit
• Perform:
  Lawn care – mowing, trimming, edging, racking – landscaping, snow removal, ice treatment
• Be Precise:
  Painting, patching, and caulking building structures, room and equipment
• Collaborate:
  Effectively complete work orders and enter in job notes
• Support:
  Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience
• Technical or trade school classes in related field
• Basic carpentry skills and electrical knowledge preferred
• Painting skills and plumbing knowledge preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
