Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Kansas City, KS. A rent-free caretaker unit is available.
You will perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, unit turnovers, and inspections, while coordinating bids for contracted work and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am–6pm; part-time hours may be available at the other site in Kansas City, KS.
