Perform floor care tasks including stripping and refinishing hard surface floors;
Scrub and refinish hard surface floors and clean carpets and upholstery;
Operate housekeeping equipment such as walk-behind and riding auto scrubbers, safety and efficiently;
Conduct daily corridor maintenance including dust mopping, spot mopping, and auto scrubbing of corridors and lobby areas;
Clean and maintain equipment and report any repair or safety hazards to supervisor
