* JOB DESCRIPTION:

** The Custodian Supervisor is responsible for supervising Custodians (Caretakers) and performing a wide variety of custodial duties.

Duties include:

* Oversee and coordinate the work of custodial staff
* Train and supervise custodial team
* Inspect facilities regularly to determine necessary maintenance and cleaning
* Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and sufficiently stocked
* Ensure safety and health regulations are followed
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed
* Interact with clients or building tenants to address concerns and receive feedback
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines
* Respond to emergency cleaning and maintenance requests
* Prepare reports on cleaning operations and status of facilities
** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
** High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (G.E.D.) and three years of custodial experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
