Fulson Asset Management is seeking a Property Maintenance technician in Kansas City to perform installation, repair, and upkeep across its property portfolio. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance, plus coordinating with the Property Manager and maintaining inventory and safety standards.
The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year janitorial experience; OSHA safety awareness is essential.
