Position:Maintenance Specialist - Ozanam Campus
Salary:$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

The Maintenance Specialist maintains high standards of maintenance for all facilities, offices, common areas, and residential areas in accordance with policies and procedures. The primary responsibilities of this position include performing and/or assisting with repairs and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of the physical plant, furniture, vehicles, and outside buildings. Duties include painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks.
Additional duties include lubricating machinery and other equipment as needed as well as changing filters and light bulbs. May be responsible for pool maintenance.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. One (1) to three (3) years of experience is preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
