Tech II - PC

General Function

Ability to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems. Desk-side software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems. Responding to incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.

• A+ minimum, will be required to obtain many other certifications (net+,server+, HP, IBM, and Dell specific)
• Must be able to work well both independently and in team settings
