We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Chief Maintenance Engineer to ensure our guests consistently receive a high-quality hospitality experience. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and physical condition of the property, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-driven, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, functionality, and presentation. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a hands‑on approach are essential.

• Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Remain on call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments
• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
• React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts

• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
• You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
