The Make Ready Technician is essential to the effective and efficient operation of the Maintenance Department. As a Make Ready Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that vacant units are move-in ready and meet Cohen-Esrey's established quality standards by performing technical and mechanical work in a manner that ensures the timely turn of vacant apartment homes.

• 3+ years of Maintenance Experience.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment.

• Proven 2+ years of light industrial experience

$19 - $21

* Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
