Equipment Associate

Our client, a leading provider of equipment rental and maintenance services, is seeking a Equipment Associate to join their team. As a Equipment Associate, you will be part of the Kansas City Hub supporting operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Associate

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

• Provide labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel to meet customer needs
• Assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental
• Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning
• Working outside all day - everyday
• Operate paint spraying and power washing equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
• Physical capability to operate pressure washers and paint sprayers
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Resume and on-site interview
