Part‑time Day Porter for Apartment Complex (4‑hour shift)

Full‑time or part‑time position. Mon‑Fri day shifts: 9 am‑1 pm and 1 pm‑5 pm.

Pay: $17 per hour.

The primary responsibilities involve maintaining the facility’s appearance and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

• Spot clean designated areas based on customers’ needs.
• Clean secured areas.
• Sweep, mop, wipe down, dust, and restock supplies in common areas.
• Communicate cleaning issues or concerns to the manager.
• Advise the facility of maintenance needs.
• Serve as eyes and ears for maintenance issues.

• No custodial experience required.
• Excellent work ethic and customer service.
• Superior attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes, and push/roll recycling bins.
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Dependable, positive, and team‑oriented.

• Hotel cleaning/housekeeping.
• Property management/apartment cleaning.
• Janitorial/custodian.
• Restaurant workers.
• Grocery workers.
