Perform floor maintenance including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, and extracting carpets and hard surfaces;
Operate, maintain, and clean floor maintenance equipment such as vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, polishing machines, and related tools;
Conduct preventative maintenance checks on equipment and report damages to management;
Assist with general building cleaning duties including restrooms, dusting, and common areas;
Interact professionally with building staff, clients, guests, supervisors, and corporate staff
