Commercial Cleaner

The Commercial Cleaner provides custodial services to various commercial properties. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors; dusting, cleaning windows and mirrored surfaces, and emptying trash bins; and servicing and cleaning restrooms and other public spaces. The Commercial Cleaner is also responsible for stocking and maintaining supply rooms, identifying the need for repairs, and performing routine inspections.

We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic to work as a Commercial Cleaner. The ideal candidate has the ability to follow instructions, work independently and in a team environment, maintain a high attention to detail, and manage his/her time wisely when completing job responsibilities. • High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• Proven work experience as a janitor or in a similar position.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Detail-oriented, quality and precision-focused

• Twice monthly - 15th & last day of the month

Position #1:

• 2 days/week
• 3 - 3.5 hr shifts
• Possibility for more hours, up to 4 days/week. Need to be willing to fill in.

Position #2:

• 5 days/week
• 3 - 3.5 hr shifts
