Maintenance Support

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Support team member to assist with day-to-day facility and equipment upkeep. This role includes categorizing materials, painting, general maintenance tasks, and supporting repairs. The ideal candidate is motivated, level-headed, eager to learn, and has the potential to grow into a skilled Maintenance Technician. This is a potential to hire opportunity on Kansas City, MO.

Maintenance Support Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with general maintenance tasks, including painting, organizing, and facility upkeep
• Support maintenance operations by troubleshooting basic equipment and mechanical issues
• Stay productive and manage tasks independently
• Communicate clearly with team members regarding issues, progress, and priorities

Maintenance Support Requirements:

• Strong work ethic with the drive to learn and grow in a maintenance role
• Ability to retain information and apply it on the job
• Mechanically minded with a troubleshooting mindset
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
