Maintenance Support Specialist

What are your main tasks?

Support implementation and ongoing administration of the Easy Maint maintenance management system
Create, update, and maintain equipment, asset, and preventive maintenance records within Easy Maint
Enter, track, and maintain maintenance work orders and related documentation
Assist with development and scheduling of preventive maintenance activities
Generate maintenance reports, metrics, and KPI tracking data
Maintain maintenance department files, equipment manuals, and technical documentation
Assist with spare parts inventory control and inventory accuracy
Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and maintenance-related invoices
Coordinate maintenance vendor visits, contractor activities, and service providers
Support maintenance budgeting activities through recordkeeping and reporting
Assist with tracking equipment downtime and maintenance performance indicators
Support plant safety procedures and safety policies
Assist maintenance personnel with administrative and system-related activities
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Department
Work with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to support maintenance objectives
Perform other duties as assigned

What are your qualifications?

Associate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance administration, purchasing, inventory control, or related field preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with CMMS systems, ERP systems, or maintenance software preferred (specifically Easy Maint, SAP).
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
