Execute preventive maintenance and repairs to keep stores in good repair;
Plan and prioritize preventive and routine maintenance within the restaurant;
Maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and basic to intermediate repairs;
Provide basic HVAC support including changing filters/belts and cleaning functions;
Perform basic plumbing tasks such as caulking and sealing; assist with fryer system maintenance
