- Conduct on‑site customer visits.
- Replace filters and breathers at customer sites.
- Ensure lubricants are compatible with the machine, process fluids in work environment and perform common lubrication tasks.
- Troubleshoot, failure analysis, and problem solve lubrication‑related equipment failures.
- Control contamination, collect and dispose of used/waste oil.
- Order, receive, distribute, and store parts; conduct regular inventory counts.
- Collect, label, and ship oil samples and communicate with the oil analysis laboratory.
- Manage supplies with verbal and written reports (CRM) on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Review and interpret engineering specifications, schematics, and blueprints to determine work procedures.
- Perform lube and fuel filtration as needed.
- Work alongside Reliability Technician III to perform advanced installations, repairs, and inspections, such as installing auto lube equipment and filtration units, building and dismantling pipe flanges, gaskets, and hoses, and inspecting equipment, filters, and lubricants to recommend preventative maintenance.
- Continuously collaborate and learn from fellow Reliability team members to develop skills in installation, fabrication, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and following up to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Some overnight travel is required.
