Position Summary:
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, families, and staff. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys making a difference, and values being part of a compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and offices
- Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety standards
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and needs
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to support overall community cleanliness and comfort
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Must be able to pass background checks as required
