Citizens Health is looking for a full-time manager for our plant operations department.

About Us:
Citizens Health is a community based, private, not-for-profit organization. It is comprised of:
- Citizens Medical Center - a 25 bed critical access hospital
- Family Center for Health Care - an outpatient rural health clinic
- Prairie Senior - a skilled nursing facility
- Citizens Clubhouse - an onsite childcare center that cares for children 6 weeks to school age for our workforce
- Citizens Medical Equipment - our durable medical equipment business
- Palace Drug Store - our outpatient pharmacy

Hours:
The Plant Operations Manager supervises all of Citizens Health facilities and buildings. Will take call as needed.
Pay Range:
Dependent upon experience.
- Ensure preventative maintenance and repair work is completed.
- Administer non-technical areas of the department.
- Supervise construction and remodeling.
- Repair buildings and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties.
- High school graduate or equivalence, with technical school or college preferred.
- At least three years plant operations experience.
- Management experience preferred.
- Ability to direct and supervise others.
- Ability to plan and schedule department activities to meet the needs of the facilities.
- Familiar with electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and construction codes and practices.

Exposed to hazards from electrical/mechanical/power equipment. May be exposed to toxic chemicals. Working in precarious or high locations (ladders, scaffolding, etc.). May be exposed to hazards of steam and heat. May be exposed to hot or noisy equipment. This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented.
