Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Atelier Manager Position
At the heart of the store, the Workshop is where the magic happens to repair, maintain, and customize our sports clients' equipment. Under the responsibility of the Workshop Manager, your missions will be as follows:
Customer Service and Relationship: You will welcome clients with a smile, listen to their needs, diagnose their equipment problems, and propose adapted solutions (quotes).
Repair and Maintenance: You will get your hands dirty (and more) to repair and maintain sports equipment. Your daily routine includes bike mechanics (classic and electric bikes), but also ski/snowboard maintenance, racket stringing, tent repair, fitness machine maintenance, and textile flocking and customization.
Operational Management: You will participate in the management of spare parts orders, stock monitoring, and ensure the good running of the Workshop.
Safety First: You will guarantee a clean and safe working environment for you, your team, and our clients, respecting the company's procedures.
