Citizens Health is seeking a full‑time maintenance worker for its plant operations department.
Our mission is to enhance the lives of those we serve.
We are a community‑based, private, not‑for‑profit organization with facilities including a 25‑bed critical access hospital, an outpatient rural health clinic, a skilled nursing facility, onsite childcare, durable medical equipment business, and outpatient pharmacy.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance work.
- Repair building and equipment.
- Perform building and remodeling projects.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- At least two years in a building trade such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or similar.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Self‑starter and proactive team player.
- Maintains a positive attitude and good energy.
- Create a supportive working atmosphere.
- Displays integrity and accountability.
- Responds constructively to feedback and seeks self‑improvement.
- Adheres to organization policies and procedures.
- Arrives at work on time and when scheduled.
- Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, and ingenuity in performing tasks.

Exposed to hazards from electrical/mechanical/power equipment; potential exposure to toxic chemicals; work at heights using ladders or scaffolding; risk of steam, heat, and noise. The list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented.
