Agent D'entretien

Under the authority of the Mayor and the Secretary General of the town hall, the maintenance agent ensures the cleanliness, hygiene, and good condition of communal premises. They work at the communal school and the town hall/communal postal agency. The duties include cleaning rooms, offices, corridors, and restrooms, replenishing supplies, sorting waste, cleaning equipment and immediate building surroundings, and reporting any observed malfunctions.

The agent also ensures compliance with hygiene and safety rules, proper use of cleaning products, and the closure of premises after work.

- Ensure routine maintenance of the communal school;

- Maintain the town hall/communal postal agency;

- Ensure the supply of sanitary consumables;

- Perform waste sorting and disposal;

- Maintain cleaning equipment;

- Report any malfunctions or need for intervention;

- Ensure the closure of premises and compliance with safety rules.

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene rules;

- Knowledge of safety guidelines related to cleaning products;

- Autonomy and organizational skills;

- Diligence, discretion, and punctuality;

- Ability to work alone;

- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

- Work hours mainly organized outside school hours, especially in the evening and on Wednesdays, according to service needs.

- Personal protective equipment.

- Activity requiring frequent travel, carrying light loads, and prolonged standing. It is possible to recruit for this position a person who is not a winner of a public service competition, as one of the indicated grades is an entry-level grade C that allows direct recruitment without competition.

Art. L332-8 provision 5 of the general public service code - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position because it is a part-time position with a work quota less than 50%. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum of six years.
