Kitchen Maintenance Crew

• Compensation: USD 16 - USD 16 - hourly

Maintain the facility through preventative and corrective general maintenance.

• Clean fryers, grease drains
• Dismantle equipment and deep clean.
• Minor Repairs:
  
  Replacing light fixtures, bulbs, ceiling tiles; fixing leaky faucets, clogged drains, door hardware; patching drywall/walls.
• Equipment & Tool Care:
  
  Cleaning, maintaining, and safely operating hand/power tools and assigned vehicles.
• Documentation:
  
  Completing work orders, logging time and materials, reporting significant issues to supervisors.
• Safety Compliance:
  
  Following all company safety rules, securing work areas, and identifying hazards
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 18years of age.
• Must be able to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and apply technical material, schematics, and blueprints.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
