Maintenance Technician

Alma Foods seeks a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to keep production lines running safely and efficiently in our food manufacturing facility. You'll diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to line issues to minimize downtime. Partner with production and quality teams to support safe, consistent food output, following strict sanitation and safety standards. This role offers broad, hands-on exposure across operations and a chance to improve processes, reliability, and equipment performance on a growing, innovation-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of production, packaging, and facility equipment on 3rd shift to minimize downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems according to schedules.
• Support safe, consistent food production by following food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and communicate equipment status to supervisors and production staff.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and line performance.
• Follow lockout/tagout and all OSHA and plant safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
