Production Team Member

We're seeking dedicated Production Team Members to join our field service crews. You'll work hands-on performing a variety of home maintenance and improvement services including window cleaning, painting, pressure washing, eaves trough cleaning, and more. • Perform interior and exterior window cleaning with attention to detail on panes, frames, sills, and tracks
• Execute eaves trough cleaning, removing debris and ensuring proper water flow
• Conduct pressure washing on various exterior surfaces (siding, patios, decks, etc.)
• Assist with exterior eaves and soffit cleaning using eco-friendly biodegradable degreasers
• Support painting and staining projects including surface preparation, taping, and cleanup
• Install gutter guards following manufacturer specifications
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, protecting customer property during service
• Follow safety protocols and use proper equipment for all tasks
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Complete final inspections to ensure work meets company quality standards
• Use premium materials (Benjamin Moore paints, eco-friendly cleaning solutions) as specified
