Your Opportunity:Maintenance Technician
- Location:
Edgerton, KS - Reports To:
Manager/Operations
- Troubleshoot & Innovate:
Perform expert mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagnostics and repairs on production machinery. - Keep Production Flowing:
Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled runs while executing preventive maintenance to prevent downtime. - Solve Critical Problems:
Provide rapid emergency repairs during production and perform facility maintenance, including basic plumbing and carpentry. - Partner in Quality:
Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance to maintain top-tier food safety and plant sanitation standards.
- Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. - Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Technical
Skills:
Proven ability to read equipment manuals, follow work orders, and safely utilize specialized hand/power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment. - Preferred Knowledge:
Specialized training in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, or Servos. - Physical Capabilities:
Comfortable sitting, standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
