Entry-Level Custodian / Janitor – Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30-9:00 PM

Job Type: Part-Time

• Perform daily janitorial and custodial cleaning tasks
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, offices, floors, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning checklists
• Maintain cleanliness standards in all assigned areas
• Report maintenance or supply needs
• Provide professional service in all client areas

• Show up on time every day
• Follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
• Take pride in producing quality cleaning results
• Are reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Are willing to learn and accept feedback

• Have attendance or reliability issues
• Struggle with accountability
• Prefer unsupervised, unstructured environments

Reliable transportation

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting to 25-40 lbs)

Experience as a janitor, custodian, housekeeper, cleaner, environmental services tech, or floor tech is helpful but not required

Willingness to learn and grow
