Park Maintenance

Horse Thief Reservoir is seeking dependable, hardworking Park Maintenance Staff to join our team.

This position plays an important role in maintaining park facilities, grounds, and overall guest experience. Under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, Park Maintenance Staff perform a variety of maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial, and operational duties throughout the property.

• Starting hourly wage: $19+ per hour

• Maintain park grounds including mowing, trimming, landscaping, weed control, etc.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, cabins, yurts, shelters, campsites, and other public facilities
• Perform minor maintenance, painting, repairs, and general upkeep throughout the park
• Assist with park events, special projects, and facility setup and cleanup
• Operate lawn equipment, hand tools, utility vehicles, and maintenance equipment safely Interact professionally with guests and provide excellent customer service
• Follow established safety procedures and department policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, independently, and as part of a team
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds
