The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) is a combination of two local companies that has provided facilities maintenance services to leading businesses in Hawaii for over 50 years. We provide comprehensive commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building maintenance and repairs.

Janitors for TFG HI are responsible for servicing various clients throughout the Island, including office suites, large professional buildings, educational and medical facilities, financial institutions, and more. Our janitors represent the company to our clients and help leave a positive impression of their business.

Bottom Line: A TFG HI janitor is an essential member of our Operations team. They must be reliable, hardworking, self‑motivated, and hold high standards for customer satisfaction and problem solving.

What’s expected of you:

Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently and follow specific directions.
  • Clear and effective communication skills; basic English proficiency is necessary.
  • Self‑starter with strong prioritization and time‑management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Common sense for carrying out instructions.
Job type:

Schedule:

Sunday 3 PM–7 PM;
Monday–Wednesday 5 PM–9 PM;
Thursday 5 PM–8:30 PM.
