Cleaning Specialist

We are looking for someone to work an average of 1-3 days per week (M-F). You let us know your dates available well in advance, and we schedule around you. What we need from applicants is a desire to leave things looking much better than when we found them, and the ability to learn how to perform exterior cleaning the right way.

This job is physical and dirty. If that's not your flavor, look elsewhere. We clean buildings, concrete, gutters, windows, and solar grids. Sometimes we clean things that have nothing to do with any of that.

What you need:

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Have your own vehicle; we need you to meet us at the job sites most of the time. Vehicles cannot have leaks (we park near or on customer's driveways).
• We climb ladders. You cannot be afraid of ladders or heights.
• Ability to do tasks that require strength and finesse at the same time.
• 1-3 days availability per week. Open scheduling.
• Must currently reside on Maui.
• Ability to be cool with customers and other workers, including the ones that say "you missed a spot" 5 times a day.

What we'd like to see:

• Climbing and Ropes ability
• Experience cleaning windows, gutters, solar and/or pressure washing

Pay starts at $30 with raise to 31.50 after 10 total days of work, 33 at 50 total days of work. If you have a bunch of experience, we can talk about more.
