Janitorial Technicians Katy TX

Job Duties:

• Cleaning sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, and common areas throughout the sports complex.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and detailing floors to maintain a clean and safe facility at all times.
• Trash removal, liner replacement, and proper waste disposal are completed according to site standards.
• High-touch surfaces such as counters, benches, doors, railings, and seating areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
• Restroom supplies including paper products, soap, and sanitizers are restocked as needed throughout the shift.
• All safety guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures are followed during cleaning operations.
• Night and weekend shifts are worked independently while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.
• Any maintenance, safety, or supply issues are reported to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.

Janitorial Technicians Katy TX Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work night shifts and weekend schedules on a consistent basis is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift is required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean facility are expected.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Katy, TX location is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
