How You'll Get To Contribute

After 37 years with us, one of our valued Mechanicsis retiring. You are the person who is ready to jump in and help us keep our momentum moving forward. You will do your part by performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on our fleet of Caterpillar dozers, excavators, loaders, articulated dump trucks, and CASE Ag tractor/scraper combos.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Keep equipment moving and crews on track by handlingdiagnostics, repairs, and maintenance right on the project site, not stuck in a shop. Get your hands dirty, solving tough problems, and tearing into machinesto make them run like new.
• Stay ahead of breakdowns before they happen. Cut downtime and keepprojects moving with a focus on preventative maintenance, catching issues early, and keeping the fleet in top shape.
• Enjoy a work setup that includesa fully equipped service truck to handle any job on site - everything you need is close at hand, from a rigged crane to a welding machine and air compressor. Tools are stocked, and an iPad loaded with a digital equipment management system makes tracking repairs simple.
• Work alongside a small, tight-knit team that supports you.

About You

• You don’t need a college degree or a perfect resume. Just a winning attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and a desire to help our team succeed.
• When others complain, you stay scrappy and get it done.
• You don’t miss a thing, and that changes everything.
  
  Tiny flaws don’t slip past you, because you know the “small stuff” can wreck a big machine fast. Your sharp eye and steady focus stop problems before they start, and that’s how you save the day before it ever needs saving.
• You don’t wait to be told, and you don’t leave things half-done. You see what needs doing and get after it. To you, a job’s not done until it’s done right. You know unfinished work costs time, money, and trust. Crews rely on you because when you say it’s done, they know it’s done right.
• You've worked on heavy equipment diesel engines and hydraulic/electrical systems and understand how to read/use schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.

Even Better, But Not Required

• You have ASE certifications, CDL, air brake certification, experience with GPS-guided equipment, welding and fabrication experience, DEF system diagnostics, or are bilingual.
