Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs according to safety standards and code requirements;
Complete the make-ready process for vacant units including pre-move-in inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and material procurement;
Track inventory and return unused items to designated locations; notify supervisor for re-ordering needs;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assist in grounds/amenities maintenance including cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage; support cost-control by using parts efficiently
