McDonald's Maintenance Lead role oversees a network of restaurants across Houston, Katy, Cypress and Fulshear. You will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate preventive work, manage repairs through a ticketing system, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting operational goals.
This role requires a high school diploma (associate preferred), 5 years in maintenance with 2+ years in leadership, and strong electrical/plumbing/HVAC knowledge. Travel between sites is required.
