Maintenance Technician II

• Perform preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment
• Perform duties in accordance with all applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care
• Provide security in the absence of a security officer
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• General Maintenance background experience required
• Hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform maintenance and repair duties in accordance with applicable standards
• Ability to help provide a safe environment for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages

Demonstrates expertise in general maintenance and repair, ensuring compliance with safety standards to create a secure environment for all facility users. Possesses the ability to perform preventive maintenance and respond effectively to various maintenance needs.
