Student Laborer Outdoor Maintenance

Overview

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Wisconsin Public Service, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Student - Outdoor Maintenance (Student Laborer-Plant/Hydro) in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. This position will start in May or June and works full-time, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm four days a week with flexibility on Monday - Friday during the summer months.

• Indoor Cleaning & Maintenance (e.g., dusting, sweeping, painting, equipment/facility cleaning & maintenance, unloading/loading warehouse products, garbage removal, general cleaning, etc.)
• Outdoor Maintenance (e.g., painting, basic landscaping, etc.)
• All other laborer duties (e.g., assist maintenance mechanics and instrument electricians, running equipment to field locations, bobcat/forklift functions, errands, etc.)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or HSED
• Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing a technical, associate, bachelor, or master degree
• Valid driver’s license and meet the company’s requirements for driving

End Date: 02/22/2026

Minimum Posting Range: $19.22

Maximum Posting Range: $21.43

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
