To qualify, you must meet all of the following:

• Legal Authorization To Work: Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible for unrestricted employment under federal law.
• Experience and Training: Four (4) years of experience in building maintenance or equivalent training and experience.
• Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license is required for this position.
