Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

An UHNW private household based at their Hawaii property is seeking an experienced and professional Housekeeper to join their residence team on a full‑time, permanent basis.

This is a live‑out position supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a luxury estate, with a primary focus on maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards while upholding absolute discretion and owner privacy.

The household is looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work — a self‑directed professional who understands the expectations of UHNW service and can operate proactively with minimal supervision. You will be working alongside a wider estate team and will play a key role in ensuring the property operates to the highest aesthetic and operational standards at all times.

• Maintain the residence to impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards throughout
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to
• Care for high‑grade finishes and materials including wood, leather, fine furniture
• Perform detailed cleaning of floors, surfaces, furnishings, and specialty items
• Manage household inventories and shop for supplies as required
• Oversee laundry processes including coordination of contract laundry and dry cleaning
• Supervise vendors and contractors while maintaining privacy and security protocols
• Assist with event preparation and post‑event breakdown and cleaning
• Support ongoing service enhancements and operational improvements across the estate

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within private estates, UHNW households, luxury hotels
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated experience caring for luxury interiors and specialty surfaces
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, service‑driven mindset
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking ability
• Comfortable using household systems, intercoms, and basic administrative / tech tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work extended hours when needed
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times

The schedule is primarily daytime hours, with flexibility required for occasional extended hours, weekends, and special events in line with the family’s residency.
