The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior, including garbage disposal, floors, dusting countertops and work area.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area – emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing unwanted vehicle parts, placing tools and equipment properly.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds clean, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Clean customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sub‑let locations for repairs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Pulling, pushing, carrying, walking 5+ minutes; sitting/standing 5+ minutes.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl 1+ minute.
• Operate motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work near moving mechanical parts.

• Customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

Clear close vision required (18 years or older).
