Langdon Place of Keene is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our Housekeeping Team! If you take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors, we want to meet you.

• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing
• Maintain carpets through shampooing, extraction, and spot cleaning
• Ensure all equipment is used and stored safely and correctly
• Assist housekeeping team as needed to maintain cleanliness throughout the building
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures

• Previous floor care or housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to operate floor care equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
