Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

Maintenance Supervisor – Monday through Friday with on‑call responsibility. Eligible for Pay in Lieu of Benefits (25% pay increase).

• Fully utilize mechanical skills and perform overall maintenance operation to provide a safe, comfortable environment for patients.
• Coordinate and provide completion of corrective and preventative maintenance of grounds and building in a timely manner in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Supervise maintenance department and perform hands‑on maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems, ensuring safety to minimize potential for fire and accidents.
• Maintain required records and reports; participate in budget planning.
• Remain on call for emergencies seven days a week, twenty‑four hours a day.

High school degree or equivalent and basic training in electrical, plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems.
