The Dry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary surface environment which includes all dry areas, restrooms, showers, lamp room, halls, offices, lunchrooms, removal and disposal of trash. Responsibilities include, tracking and ordering in a timely manner all cleaning supplies and equipment.
The duties of the dry attendant encompass a wide range of responsibilities which include a clean safe work environment for all mine personnel, subcontractors and visitors.
Work Experience Requirements- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge and competence of cleaning chemicals
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Knowledge and understanding of MSHA regulations and MSDS.
- Multi-task
- Ability to complete tasks/projects within time allotted
- Confidentiality is of utmost importance for this position
