Position Summary:
Our Expeditors help create a positive guest experience through engaging interaction and quality service in our upscale dining outlets. Expeditors are expected to have an in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage items in order to answer questions about food, allergens, beverages, wine, and other restaurant functions and services.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
Ensure timely and efficient flow of orders from the kitchen to the front of houseCheck dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperaturePractice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as requiredManage the proper setup of the coffee station and expo passMonitor the pass, sections, and dish area to ensure all materials and areas are cleanMonitor cleanliness of silverware and glassware; clean as neededFollow all food safety standards and systemsEmpty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of garbage and recyclingCommunicate to Servers and/or leaders any comments or feedback to ensure a positive guest experienceOther duties as assigned or requiredWhat are we looking for?To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following:
Minimum of 16 years of ageValid Serving it Right CertificationPositive attitudeGood communication skillsCommitted to delivering high levels of customer serviceHigh attention to detailAbility to work effectively & remain calm working in fast-paced environmentExcellent time management skillsAbility to work unsupervisedWorks well with a teamTakes initiativeExperience with Squirrel and Open Table an assetAvailable for a minimum of 3 days per week including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPerks
